Easter Sunday 2020, uncertainty re: COVID 19 persists and so we may ask, where is the Risen Christ in all of this?
HE IS HERE, right here with us.
He is here in this slowed down environment where we now exist, he is very present and reachable. The world is quiet, God is present, we can hear Him if we listen, we can almost taste His wonderful presence.
Yet we are at risk of missing our chance. If we are not alert, we may miss the chance to encounter God and deepen our relationship with Him.
These days present a real and profound opportunity to reconnect with our God. So, let us not attempt to fill the silence with useless clutter.
I say to you: today all is trivial except God.
Let us make this a time of quiet reflection and prayer.
